I'm an art teacher and I was wondering if you'd mind if one of my students uses one of your photos as reference for a painting. My student, and I, came across your work and love it!
oh.... nice to hear that If you do not sell or made any profits with the work, it will not be any problem Your student can use it as a reference. Which one of my works are you talking about?
Oh, one more think - I would like to see the final result of your student`s work and see to what extent my photo was a reference
Thanks a lot! She's just making it for her art 4 class and to keep for her own; she's not aiming to sell the work. My students have to use a photo reference for an impressionist style painting. She's chosen to paint in the pointillist style of Georges Seurat. The student chose "Claudia IV". I think this was the title, the model was sitting on an interesting looking statue with trees in the background; a great photo. I'll send you a pic of the painting when finished.
